I was sitting and looking for an exercise that you can use while sitting on the bed.
I found this and others like it.
Children would rather play computer or watch TV than exercise.
What if you could “force” them to exercise so that they could watch TV.
Here’s my idea:
A mini gym bike ala the one in the picture, connected to a switch. So if the speed falls below X / min, then it sends a signal to the switch that turns off the power.
The switch is “just” a male / female socket, which can be inserted in the wall, while the other part has plug from the TV. Possibly. with a lock so that the connector to the TV can not be removed from the switch.
So if the child will play computer / watch TV, so he / she must constantly keep their legs in turn.
It need not be a high speed or much resistance as long as the child becomes uses to sit and use your legs all the time so they get exercise.
And so they lose themselves …. (maybe not if they pour cola and chips down, but it’s still better than no exercise.)
Just thought about the children who play 3-4-5 hours, they will then get exercise in 3-4-5 hours.
